Simple Property Services 7-step service process
- Clients can request estimates by a phone call; text message; email; or while a technician is on the job site.
- A Client’s on-site presence is optional. Instructions can be provided verbally or in writing.
- After an estimate is provided, SPS will contact you by phone to verify everything is correct.
- We will then provide your estimate via email.
- Once a client approves the estimate, SPS will start the same day or schedule for a convenient date. If there are any questions, SPS will ask for clarification before we proceed.
- Payment is due after job completion and your satisfaction is confirmed.
- An invoice will be sent via email.
Simple Property Services recruiting process
Simple Property Services does not work with just anyone, each of our service providers are put through rigorous background checks, we request over 10 references from each service provider. Our minimum requirements are.
- Worked in their business for at least five years;
- Demonstrated a commitment to their industry and community;
- Shown a record of great customer service;
- Earned a position of respect among their peers and competitors;
- Maintained a good record with the state Registrar of Contractors, as well as being correctly licensed, bonded and insured;
- Achieved good standing with the Better Business Bureau and have a good credit record.
